The Directorate of First-Year Programs (Direktorat Persiapan Bersama – Ditsama) invites caring, supportive, and inspiring students to join as Mentoring Assistants for the incoming undergraduate class of 2025.

This program aims to provide meaningful and welcoming early support, while fostering a collaborative and adaptive academic environment for first-year students.

🎯 Mentoring Objectives

1. Foster a sense of community and camaraderie among TPB (First-Year Program) students.

2. Help new students with self-discovery, building self-confidence, and approaching academic challenges in a healthy way.

3. Create a positive and supportive space for growth through regular peer interaction.

🌟 Benefits of Becoming a Mentoring Assistant

• Develop key interpersonal skills: empathy, effective communication, and supportive leadership

• Earn 2 elective credits (SKS) as part of the Free Elective Course scheme

• Receive transportation support of IDR 200,000 per semester

• Receive an official certificate from the Directorate of First-Year Programs (Ditsama ITB)

• Become part of an active and impactful mentoring community

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Enrolled student willing to serve as a supportive peer mentor

• Committed to attending mentoring training sessions

• Willing to perform mentoring duties consistently and according to schedule

• Able to deliver mentoring sessions based on guidance and modules provided by Ditsama

• Open-minded and genuinely interested in the personal and academic development of new students
