To provide students with the opportunity to complete or improve their academic performance in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry (MAFIKI) courses within the Common Preparatory Program (TPB), as well as Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) Compulsory Courses (MKWI), the Directorate of the Common Core Preparatory Program (DITSAMA) will organize the Intersession Semester Program for the 2025/2026 Academic Year, with a maximum enrollment limit of 9 (nine) credit units.

The program will be implemented in accordance with the following regulations:

1. Registration
   • Registration Period: 23–26 June 2026
   • Study Plan Revision (PRS): 7–10 July 2026
   • Students who do not complete registration during the designated registration period may submit their study plan during the Study Plan Revision (PRS) period, provided that they have informed the course instructor and have attended previous classes as sit-in participants.
2. ITB Compulsory Courses (MKWI) and General Education Courses (MKU)
   • Registration Period: 23–26 June 2026
   • Study Plan Revision (PRS): 7–10 July 2026
   • Students who do not complete registration during the designated registration period may submit their study plan during the Study Plan Revision (PRS) period, provided that they have informed the course in
3. Basic Science Courses
   • Course Periods:
     • Period I: 29 June–24 July 2026
     • Period II: 27 July–21 August 2026
   • The list of courses offered can be found in the appendix to this announcement.
   • Laboratory sessions will be conducted at the ITB Jatinangor Campus.
4. Class Locations and Schedule
   • Short Semester classes will be conducted at both the ITB Ganesha Campus and the ITB Jatinangor Campus.
   • Course schedules will follow the timetable published through the Academic Information System (SiX).
5. Important Notes
   • A Short Semester course will be offered only if a minimum of 15 (fifteen) students are enrolled.
   • If the minimum enrollment requirement is not met, the course may be canceled or not offered.
   • Any changes to the schedule or implementation regulations, if necessary, will be announced through DITSAMA’s official communication channels.
