Issuance of Academic Transcripts and Official Letters

Types of Certificates Issued by the Directorate of Common Preparatory Stage (Ditsama):

  • Academic Transcript

  • Certificate of Active Student Status

  • Certificate of Loss (Student ID Card or Study Plan Card)

To request a certificate, students must provide their full name and student ID number (NIM) at the Ditsama Office, ITB. The processing time for certificate issuance is approximately 1–3 working days.
