The Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) Pre-Arrival Orientation Series 2026 is a program designed to help newly accepted ITB students prepare for their academic and personal transition to ITB. This series introduces essential information about ITB, student life in Bandung, academic readiness, future career development, and foundational skills needed to support success in higher education.

The Orientation Series will be conducted online on Monday–Friday, June 29th – July 3rd, 2026 for the synchronous sessions and on Monday–Tuesday, July 13th–14th, 2026 for the asynchronous sessions, under the coordination of the Directorate of Preparatory and Common Core Programs (DITSAMA) ITB.

Through seven synchronous sessions, participants will learn various topics, ranging from preparing to move to and live in Bandung, adapting to ITB’s academic environment, building long-term goals, and developing key competencies in digital literacy, AI ethics, mathematics, chemistry, physics, and financial literacy. This program aims to equip students with the knowledge, mindset, and confidence needed to begin their journey at ITB and thrive in university life.

The schedule for the asynchronous sessions will be delivered through the Edunex* platform, which can be accessed on Monday–Tuesday, July 13th–14th, 2026. In these sessions, participants will be asked to study several short instructional videos, complete short quizzes, and provide feedback. Participants will be able to access Edunex after receiving SSO (Single Sign-On) access from ITB.
